We will be running various contests throughout the school year to get students and families involved in our projects, check back soon for more contests.
MILK CARTON CRAFT CONTEST The Green Team is looking for creative ways to reuse 250ml milk cartons. One of the activities for our Green Fair in April will be a craft made from reused/recycled materials. Since we go through so many milk cartons at our school each week we thought they would be ideal to use. Your craft idea must be functional, not just decorative and must be made of primarily recycled or reused materials. Make an example of your craft and submit to the Green Team.
BUTTERFLY GARDEN DESIGN CONTEST It's your chance to design the St. Anthony's Butterfly Garden. Your design must be done on a standard 8.5x11 piece of computer paper (may be hand drawn or computer designed). Two benches will be purchased for the garden, so make sure to include the benches in your design. Use your imagination, get creative!

GREEN TEAM LOGO DESIGN CONTEST The St. Anthony's Green Team is looking for a logo to represent our team. The logo needs to represent the Green Team's dedication to our school and the environment. Entries can be hand drawn or designed on the computer. Deadline for entries is January 25th.

Our first contest is the golden garbage can. The class with the least amount of garbage on Wednesdays wins the golden garbage can for the week.
We have an ongoing contest where classes can accumulate "Green points" throughout the school year to win monthly prizes. The grand prize is a class pizza party to be awarded in June.
